Founded by Samantha, an 80% owner and principal with a strong academic foundation in Business Management and Finance from the University of San Francisco, the company combines sharp business acumen with deep industry knowledge.
Growing up with a father deeply rooted in the construction trades — having worked as an apprentice, welder, and superintendent — Samantha developed a firsthand appreciation for the industry's stability, skilled workforce, and enduring demand. Recognizing that construction is a field that cannot be replaced by emerging technologies and will remain essential, she decided to build her own company.
